Waiting for the next piece of tech to come my way.
I am at my roots a tech whore. It has taken some time to discover it but I truly am that seedy of an individual. I truly relish new technology, I make snap decisions on some tech that I often regret later. I am often an early adopter of new tech before they have even considered working out any bugs in the system. I bought Windows Me, Vista, and, 8 ( I don't have any complaints of 8 as yet, but still , I am an early adopter nonetheless.) I pre-ordered Wii and got it release night. (*sigh) I bought 360 when it first came out, (this one I didn't regret, until the red ring of death), I bought the 5d mark 2 release day, as well as the 1d mark 4, and 7d (which this guy stole from me) I bought the first well-reviewed 1080p Sharp Aquos, and still own it. That is just a short list of my early adoptions. Anyway I am rambling....
I want to believe.
The true depths of my tech whoredom know no bounds. I have been seriously contemplating purchase
of a Wii U, for no better reason that it is new and I don't have one.
Scenario "A" going on in one part of my head:
"It's cool looking, I wonder what they will do with that extra screen?" True Crossplay? (unlike PS vita, of which I was a day one short term early adopter)
"Rayman Legends is "Fucking Swwweeet", and I would love if they made another Mario Galaxy"
"Metroid, Starfax and all of Nintendo's First party are pretty strong"
Scenario "B" going on in the other part of my head:
"It is clunky, has a poor amount launch titles, of which most suck."
" What can it do graphically that the ps3 can't?"
"Nintendo has a horrid history of dealing with 3rd part developers... E.G. Wii/ Gamecube"
Nintendo has gone from hardcore games that really test your skill, to Childrens toys, just look at a Mii:

In conclusion, I will probably end up doing something stupid. I always do and that is why I am a whore. I really can't control myself sometimes.
